The convenience and quality of services are great, the cost is always high though. What stinks is that when a client with a $75k truck comes for service , with a manufacturer warranty never gets a loaner car to drive ! Other Chevy dealers always have the loaners ready to go! The servic for service , with a manufacturer warranty never gets a loaner car to drive ! Other Chevy dealers always have the loaners ready to go! The service reps always try to sting the client with extra services “at the clients expense” as an added and extra sale !!!! Oh and to replace my battery , I got charged for battery replacement plus $100 additional for some reason !! Will never service my truck back there again ! More
