My experience was very pleasant and seamless. I pulled in the bay and was greeted by young man with a bright smile. We bought our car and the low washer fluid light was on and they topped it off. A week later the same light came on, leaking washer fluid. We took it to the dealership to get fixed. Get the car back and 2 and they topped it off. A week later the same light came on, leaking washer fluid. We took it to the dealership to get fixed. Get the car back and 2 weeks later it happens again. We take the car in and the kept it for 10 days, we went to pick it up after zero communication and they tried to charge us a service fee even though this is an issue the car had that had yet to be fixed. They made us walk every direction back and forth trying to find the correct person to speak with. Then there was no manager to speak with and a employee who was arguing with us. Now a week later after getting my car, the washer fluid light is on again and fluid leaking everywhere. More
