Eldorado Service Dept has a great team of advisors who go the extra mile for customers. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. I will not take my vehicle to any one else for service. There have been a couple of instances over the years where I have had battery issues or engine light on - one call is all it took thanks to Ty King to get rescued by Eldorado. .There’s no substitute for this kind of care and compassion. I appreciate the entire department for their warmth and receptiveness every visit - but my go to for help will always be Ty or Pete.
