The work was done well and the price was right but my experience was the worst. When I left, my advisor assured me that my car would be done that day. I never heard from that advisor again. I called the day that I left my car at 5 o’clock and left a message but I never heard from anyone. I then called the next morning and still never heard from anyone. And then called later in the afternoon and asked for someone different and got a different advisor who told me my car was ready. It’s my understanding your phone system was messed up but this is 2023 and nearly every person on the face of the planet has a personal cell phone. I would think that my advisor if your phone system was not working, would be able to use his own cell phone to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up, but I never heard from him. It was left to me to figure it out. You guys gotta be better than that. More

The truck came in for a sensor issue, The technician decided to take parts off with truck before verifying it was ok with me , The technician broke parts and wouldn't admit it to it.
