MARK JONES WAS THE RUDEST AND WORST SALES MAN I EVER HAD. He mixed up the car paperwork numerous times just to get a sale then proceed to tell me after they delivered the wrong car that he switched the car o He mixed up the car paperwork numerous times just to get a sale then proceed to tell me after they delivered the wrong car that he switched the car out from what i originally inquired about without telling me because I "complained" about the first price. Got mad when i addressed the issue & told me & my mother I can't even afford a car & I must don't know how to read and that we can shove it all because HE made a mistake and I requested a refund!! He wouldn’t even let me talk without cutting me off. Such a rude, nasty man. if i can give ZERO stars I would!!! More
