I felt communication from the dealership was confusing. Multiple people sending text messages from same number asking if they could do anything to assist, but when asked for assistance no one, except for Multiple people sending text messages from same number asking if they could do anything to assist, but when asked for assistance no one, except for the sales person would ever reply. This was the case even when I grabbed a direct phone number or email for those other people. If you are not going to engage, you should not send a message in the first place. Extremely frustrating.
