El Dorado Chevrolet was the worst service department I have ever taken my vehicles to. They do not have loaner vehicles even if your car will be getting the transmission overhauled “supposedly” and when y have ever taken my vehicles to. They do not have loaner vehicles even if your car will be getting the transmission overhauled “supposedly” and when you bring the vehicle back in under warranty for the same concern you will get the run around with the service advisor and then with the service manager that will talk to you unprofessionally. This place is the definition of a Stealership. Do not recommend this place for service at all. On top of all that, they give you a complimentary car wash card to go across town to get your vehicle ran through a drive through car wash. Stay away. More
