Our 2021 Silverado was the worst vehicle I ever have owned. It was so bad I doubt we will ever purchase another Chevrolet. I gave Eldorado Chevrolet the opportunity to keep us with Chevy, but I was met owned. It was so bad I doubt we will ever purchase another Chevrolet. I gave Eldorado Chevrolet the opportunity to keep us with Chevy, but I was met with relative indifference. Additionally, the working relationship between the dealership and the warranty company( a warranty the dealership sold me) was dysfunctional at best. At the very least, I do not intend to do business with Eldorado Chevrolet again. As it is, I have already sold the truck and bought a Ford. More

Took a while to get the truck back and didn’t get all the repairs completed the first time. Took it back a second time for another issue ant that got repaired but the door lock switch wasn’t fixed due to no repairs completed the first time.
