I liked the salesman I dealt with however, I didn’t care for the dealerships tactics. they advertised a really big discount but then added over $2400 worth of accessories that they wouldn’t come off of. We had been warned by a couple of people, but we’re just looking at the dollar signs. We had one dealership tell us if they weren’t willing to take the Cost of the extra accessories off the price to turn around and walk out of the dealership. I had told the other dealership exactly what I was told the “accessories” were And they informed me that Eldorado should be able to take that cost back off and if they wouldn’t to walk out the door. Even though Eldorado would not take the cost off, we still bought from them simply because they were still about $1500 cheaper than the other two dealerships that we were talking to. We let the savings predict our purchase from them. If it would not have been the last day of the year and. after 6 PM, we probably would’ve went ahead and walked back out of the dealership. When we got there, we were informed that they were having their crew detail it. We did see them working on it when we pulled in the parking lot and that seemed to be a good thing. When we test drove it, my wife did find two plastic pieces in the back door cubby. They ended up being covers for where I guess a car seat hooks in. A few days after the purchase, we found out how good their Detail crew was. My wife was putting something in the backseat and noticed something green up under the front seat. It ended up being a cushion pad off of a car seat. She also found candy under the other front seat that we suppose kids of the person with the car seat had dropped. My wife is not very happy that they didn’t clean the vehicle up any better than that. my parents had actually had a similar experience, of a vehicle not being thoroughly cleaned, when they bought from El Dorado‘s sister store in Sherman. Needless to say, my parents Aren’t planning on buying another vehicle from them and the next vehicle that we buy will not be from them even if we have to pay more at another dealership.
