El Dorado Chevrolet

My truck has been in the shop for the last couple of months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed so I had to go to classic Chevrolet and Denison. I don’t feel like a valued customer. I just feel like ano months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed so I had to go to classic Chevrolet and Denison. I don’t feel like a valued customer. I just feel like another number that you guys are trying to keep in your Service department. I wasn’t treated very well and now this is going to be the third time I’m paying for a warranty of $100 that all of this stuff should’ve been fixed the first time at El Dorado Chevrolet, but it wasn’t it was given back to me and told me mistakes and then I would drive down the street and The Check engine light would turn back on. Stephen felt like he was doing me a favor by giving me a loaner car when loaner cars come with my warranty. I’m just happy that somebody from another dealership called me and came down and actually picked my vehicle up and dropped a vehicle off for me. I shouldn’t have to pay for a warranty twice there and then you guys still didn’t fix it. More

The seller and I mader an agreement on an specific price and now that I see the final price it is $3K above of the agreement. Jose D in service was great. But the parts dept leaves a lot to be desired. They ordered the wrong part and when it came in they put it on the shelf instead of notifying me.
