The initial buying experience was excellent. However, the sales person did not listen to my requests and had the car washed which left swirls in the paint. Over the next two weeks they promised However, the sales person did not listen to my requests and had the car washed which left swirls in the paint. Over the next two weeks they promised they'd fix it and they didn't return it to the factory finish. When I told them this, they ghosted me. They should pay for a paint correction to get the finish back to the way it was from factory since I bought a new car, not a used one. More

Numair is excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I had a loaner available while car was in service. However after I got the car back, the bumper was not fixed as promised and is still off from the sid had a loaner available while car was in service.
