As I previously stated in another review, the service is excellent. My only complaint has to do with the type of chairs in the waiting area. I'm nearing age 80 with a bad knee and a not so forgiving back. excellent. My only complaint has to do with the type of chairs in the waiting area. I'm nearing age 80 with a bad knee and a not so forgiving back. After sitting in your choice of chairs for three hours, I stiffened up and had two days of hip pain. But that won't keep me from returning the next time I need service (although I am tempted to bring my own chair.) I particularly wish to commend Tim Burnett. He certainly takes good care of your customers. More

Michael McDonald was an excellent service reps. He listened to my concerns and diagnosed my vehicle quickly. It was surprising when he took my warranty information and contacted my third party warr He listened to my concerns and diagnosed my vehicle quickly. It was surprising when he took my warranty information and contacted my third party warranty company himself. I did not have to do anything but drop off my car and pick it up when the repairs were completed. Michael kept me in the loop throughout the process and completed the job earlier than expected. I gave 5 stars but he went above and beyond my rating. More
