The service department is horrible. Full of lies and then argues with the customer when the service advisor miss-spoke or blatantly lied. There was another customer that heard what was Full of lies and then argues with the customer when the service advisor miss-spoke or blatantly lied. There was another customer that heard what was said and the advisor still wanted to argue. 3-4+ hours for an oil change? Not only did you lose a new car sell but I will be taking my truck to any other Chevy dealer for all future service work. More
