The service advisor needs a lot more training. He doesn’t keep up with jobs. Just worried about up selling. This was the first service on the Tahoe I bought new last year. I made an appointment online and assumed that by doing so I would be in and out in about an hour. Paul told me that it would probably take two year. I made an appointment online and assumed that by doing so I would be in and out in about an hour. Paul told me that it would probably take two hours. Turns out it took an hour and a half. The services performed were fine and the waiting area was fine. The people were friendly and professional. If I could offer a chance for some improvement, it would be that an appointment would mean you could be taken care of in an hours time. More
