Very bad experience & service advisor wasn’t helpful or accommodating to my concerns or needs. He kept telling me the exact same thing for well over a week & would promise me my vehicle “the next day.” H accommodating to my concerns or needs. My estimate from you to replace the trailer brake module was $871.00. I bought the part from GM for $71.00 and was about to install it when another mechanic said that that was not the problem. Before that, though, I asked how much you would charge to program it if I purchased it, and I was quoted $173. After having the other mechanic look at it, it turned out to be a 30 amp fuse. Fixed it all! So after I would have spent almost $900 with you, it wouldn’t have solved my problem, and you would have told me I had other issues. I think at the very least I should get a refund on the diagnosis, of $119.00 because it was incorrect, and almost caused me to lose a lot of money that you wouldn’t have given me back! Please consider before I care this any further. Thanks More
He lied over and over again about when my vehicle would be ready. He told me not to text him, to only call. This dealership and service department are a joke. They do not stand behind their word on anything. They sell a fake warranty that will not uphold. Stay away from this place. Their customer service is horrible. More
