We bought our car and the low washer fluid light was on and they topped it off. A week later the same light came on, leaking washer fluid. We took it to the dealership to get fixed. We take the car in and the kept it for 10 days, we went to pick it up after zero communication and they tried to charge us a service fee even though this is an issue the car had that had yet to be fixed. They made us walk every direction back and forth trying to find the correct person to speak with. Then there was no manager to speak with and a employee who was arguing with us. Now a week later after getting my car, the washer fluid light is on again and fluid leaking everywhere. More

I was happy with my service rep, Jose Diaz, although I wasn’t overly satisfied with the time it took to get the job done. It took about five weeks for the extended warranty to approve the work and another wasn’t overly satisfied with the time it took to get the job done. It took about five weeks for the extended warranty to approve the work and another 2-3 weeks for the work to be done after that. I understand some of the parts were on back order, but it was almost two months all told to get my truck back. More
