Do not use the service department. They had my car over 4 weeks. They said the parts were in back order and didn’t even have an idea on when the parts would ship. I made several calls and sent emails to the their executive team and the parts magically showed up the next day. They they charged me double what my deductible and said it was diagnostic fees.
