here is what I am posting on social media and google I called to make an appointment to get the oil changed. They said the first opening they had was 5 days out. I showed up and they said it would be an h called to make an appointment to get the oil changed. They said the first opening they had was 5 days out. I showed up and they said it would be an hour. I waited an hour and my Tahoe was still sitting in line with the blinkers on. I asked the service adviser what the hold up was..he said that was normal. I asked then why have me make an an appointment. He said that was just for checking me in. I asked him when they would be taking it back to do the oil change. He said he couldn't tell me that. If they misrepresent the small issues then they will on the larger issues. More
