Eldorado Service Dept has a great team of advisors who go the extra mile for customers. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. I will not take my vehicle to any one else for service. My advisors are go the extra mile for customers. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. I will not take my vehicle to any one else for service. My advisors are Ty King and / or Pete Mueller. They recognize that I am on my own and that I depend heavily on their guidance when it comes to keeping my Tahoe operating safely and efficiently. I trust Ty and Pete - they have never let me down. There have been a couple of instances over the years where I have had battery issues or engine light on - one call is all it took thanks to Ty King to get rescued by Eldorado. .There’s no substitute for this kind of care and compassion. I appreciate the entire department for their warmth and receptiveness every visit - but my go to for help will always be Ty or Pete. I am so grateful for their expertise and their kind.attention when I need my vehicle serviced. It’s very much a family atmosphere because that’s just how they make you feel.
