Service associate Anthony Addy is the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with at this or any other service dealership. They had my car for almost six days (including weekend) and nothing was done with what I took my daughter’s vehicle in for. I requested a rental vehicle or loaner car and Anthony was very demeaning in telling me they had no loaner vehicles available and to rent a car, Premiere (rental 3rd party affiliate) would need a diagnostic on my daughter’s vehicle before they would rent one out. Totally a real bad experience, wasted almost six full days without a vehicle for my daughter, completely unacceptable. More
