El Dorado Chevrolet - Service Center

My truck has been in the shop for the last couple of months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed so I had to go to classic Chevrolet and Denison. I don’t feel like a valued customer. I just feel like ano months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed so I had to go to classic Chevrolet and Denison. I don’t feel like a valued customer. I just feel like another number that you guys are trying to keep in your Service department. I wasn’t treated very well and now this is going to be the third time I’m paying for a warranty of $100 that all of this stuff should’ve been fixed the first time at El Dorado Chevrolet, but it wasn’t it was given back to me and told me mistakes and then I would drive down the street and The Check engine light would turn back on. Stephen felt like he was doing me a favor by giving me a loaner car when loaner cars come with my warranty. I’m just happy that somebody from another dealership called me and came down and actually picked my vehicle up and dropped a vehicle off for me. I shouldn’t have to pay for a warranty twice there and then you guys still didn’t fix it. More

Numair is excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I had a loaner available while car was in service. However after I got the car back, the bumper was not fixed as promised and is still off from the sid had a loaner available while car was in service. Jose D in service was great. But the parts dept leaves a lot to be desired. They ordered the wrong part and when it came in they put it on the shelf instead of notifying me. Reyaan was an excellent sales associate. Knowledgeable and patient as I couldn’t make up mind. But, the team worked with me to get the numbers where I wanted including a Trade In.
