I always had to call to get updates and when picking up my car I transferred all my stuff from my aunts car to mine . My car would not start at the dealership just got the paperwork for it . On top of two technicians not finding gear slippage that another Chevy said there was gear slippage they couldn’t “ find anything “ . I had the porter jump start my car and it wouldn’t start I asked him to get the advisor and he refused to come over . I mean is this how y’all handle your customers ? Had my car for almost a month I had to call for updates and found nothing with a warranty that’s fixing to expire on December 13th. Then an advisor who won’t help me like the technicians didn’t check the battery and do a multipoint inspection which I never received . I’m a technician myself so I know how things work . I will never bring my car back here . Horrible service !!! More
