El Dorado Chevrolet - Service Center

Truck went in for a recall firmware update, got the truck back and within 15 miles all dash gauges went off and had to use my scan tool to fix the issue on the truck. I did call and he offered to look at back and within 15 miles all dash gauges went off and had to use my scan tool to fix the issue on the truck. I did call and he offered to look at but he even then went into and said before the started they ran a scan and found a lot of communication issues, if that was true, my thought they would have told me, I have had other issues with this dealerships service center so I have moved my business and service needs to a different location.
