No need to drop my vehicle off on Monday morning that needed a few hours of work to not get it back on Friday. I had to stop by on Friday to find out what was taking so long. I don’t have any real complaint with Eldorado Chevrolet. I am dissatisfied with my particular truck. Within the last 12 months I have had 5 mechanical failures, some of which have required multiple attempts I am dissatisfied with my particular truck. I am at the point I can’t trust that this truck will last, making it necessary to soon move on to a different vehicle. Always friendly and attentive and helpful. Most recent repair required an appointment and still had to leave my car for 2 days before they could even look at it. That was a little frustrating as it was just a rattling in my dash board. If I set an appointment, they should be able to at least diagnose the same day. This was a warranty issue, and it cost me two days of rental and inconvenience. I don’t like leaving a bad review for this dealership because I love them. But this hurt a little. More
