I found a truck online and reached out. The price was right and we agreed to a trade in value on my car pending inspection. A contract was emailed and I sent a deposit. When I drove in a few days later, the truck was exactly as pictured and expected. There were no huge attempts at upselling although they were offered as expected. Pretty easy process and Victor, my sales rep, was super nice, respectful, communicated well and we got the deal done. Victor sat in the truck and walked me through all the technology after. We noticed the floor mats were missing. Victor ordered and they arrived at my house a couple of weeks later. I was not expecting it to go as easily as it did. It was worth my drive! Ask for Victor if you want a humble, service oriented sales person!!! More
