Service adviser, Anthony, was pleasant and friendly. Turnaround for oil change and tire rotation was pretty much as expected for a dealership visit. What wasn't expected when preparing to hop into the car to leave were the very visible grease and oil smudges that the service crew member left on the driver seat, seat back, arm rest, interior console and steering wheel. Not cool. I brought this to the attention of the service desk/cashier, who arranged for the oily mess to be cleaned. More

I asked if he could get me in around 11:30 because I had an appt I needed to get to- he said he would. I showed up at 11:35 and he had me in and out within 30 minutes - Once again great job Ty - I was in 2 weeks ago to get some paperwork on my sons vehicle and Ty even remember why I needed it and asked how it all went. Now that is customer service. More
