I purchased a certified used car and the day after delivery the ac quit blowing. The service team is very polite and they are trying but not able to determine what the problem Is. I’ve always had great luck with this dealership but this particular time, It was in there for two solid weeks. I got it back and 2 days later the same transmission problem happened again. I took my C8 Corvette for an oil change for the first time at this dealership. While my car was being serviced, I received a phone call from the service department asking for my PIN code to get the car o time at this dealership. While my car was being serviced, I received a phone call from the service department asking for my PIN code to get the car off valet mode, I gave them the number and when they finished the oil change they called me to pick up the car. I watched the video footage in my car of the time it was in the dealership and it showed the service team cussing me out for putting my car on valet mode. After I gave them the code to unlock valet, the service members were revving the engine several times while they are switching modes to mess the car and hear the sound. It was extremely unprofessional and that was the reason why I put my car in valet mode to begin with. I do not recommend this service center after this experience and I would advise against anyone to bring their car in. I will not be taking my car back More

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until nearly 12:30 pm. I was told that it would take about 1-1.5 hours to complete the service.
