I had made an appointment in May to have the headliner on my Mustang 2020 looked at since it had fallen out of the rubber molding. On May 27 Elder Ford texted me that my headliner had come in. I made an appointment to have the headliner replaced on July 15. I live approximately 45 minutes from this dealership. I arrived earlier then my 8am appointment. Upon my arrival the service tech calls the parts department to tell them I was there to have my headliner replaced. The person in parts told him to callback since he didn’t know where it was and the other guy was coming in. Approximately 2 hours later the tech comes out to tell me that they sent the headliner back. He offered to keep my car and give me a loaner till it came in or they could pick up my car and bring to dealership when it comes in. Mind you NO ONE checked to see if parts department had my headliner when I called to make the appointment. This isn’t my first run in with the service department. The time before this I brought my car in to have 2 recalls completed, oil change and my auto butler (this is a wax coating I paid extra for) done. Dropped it off at 9 and was given a loaner. I was told it probably wouldn’t be ready till the next day. Well about 4 I get a call from a service tech saying my car was ready. I drive over in the rush hour traffic from Pinellas county to Tampa in the pouring down rain to pick up my car. Upon my arrival I notice that my car was dirty. I tell the tech I don’t think the auto butler was completed. He told me it was. I asked him why there was still dirt behind my wheels then. Well he walks in and calls the dealership across the street to find out if it was done. Come to find out it wasn’t. So here I go driving back home furious. Early the next morning they call to tell me that my car was ready. I tote my butt back to the dealer to get my car. Yay it was done. The next day I see that the dealer has a hold on my debit card. I call to ask what this charge was for and they said fuel!! I only drove that vehicle back and forth to the dealer. They had the audacity to charge me for the fuel when they wasted my time sitting in traffic (I should have sent them a bill for my loss time of work for driving back and forth). After I pitched a fit they gave me a PARTIAL refund. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone!! Not even my worst enemy!! More

Fast, friendly, better deal that others in the area. I purchased the vehicle from Elder and use them for service. Routine maintenance like oil changes are cheaper than drive through lube shops.
