Do good work terrible customer service I called for a recall and the woman that booked the appointment was curt and rude. After some back and forth I booked it for 7am the following Wednesd I called for a recall and the woman that booked the appointment was curt and rude. After some back and forth I booked it for 7am the following Wednesday. I showed up at 6:55am and was shown to the desk of my service advisor. About 10 minutes later I was told he was running late. At 7:30am after watching the manager walk by me sitting there 5 times and hearing the other service advisors screwing around up front I finally walked up and asked if any of them could help me. 5 minutes later I was taken care of and out the door. It was really frustrating to watch 3 or 4 different people that were doing nothing walk past me and not offer to help until I got upset about it. The cherry on top is the same manager that walked past me 5 times in the morning asked if there was anything he could do when I expressed my frustration while picking my car up. It's amazing that me letting him know he wasn't going to get perfect survey results is what it took to wake him up. More

When I complained he said the mechanics don't start till 8:00 so I asked why do you have 7:00 a.m appointments ,no response, service manger called to follow up and left a message I returned his call 3 times he would never call me back again . Poor organization leads to poor experience I called and made an appointment to have my car serviced. They sent me an email and several texts confirming the time and day of the appt. When I ar I called and made an appointment to have my car serviced. They sent me an email and several texts confirming the time and day of the appt. When I arrived no one helped me. I stood in the service area for about 10 minutes before I approached someone. They said I had to wait for “Toni”. She was assisting someone else. I had to wait another 10 minutes for Toni to be available. Same thing when we picked up the car. We had to wait for Toni. Even though, in both cases, there were plenty of people sitting at desks and wandering around that could have helped....I had to wait for Toni. I thought I was a customer of Elder Ford, but I guess I am Toni’s customer. Nothing against her, she did a great job, BUT, my time is valuable and we were dropping off and picking up the car on a lunch break. Thought it was horrible customer service to make us wait for a specific person rather than the next available person helping me. Super frustrating. More
