Review As s whole,all is good when it comes to the service being performed. No problems there. I just wonder why when it comes time to settle up and I use my As s whole,all is good when it comes to the service being performed. No problems there. I just wonder why when it comes time to settle up and I use my Ford Quick Lane card,the person I’m dealing with always has to go somewhere else to run the card. That process should be able to be handled right there at the counter I’m standing at,allowing me to finish up and leave. Also there have been times when you’re running certain specials and I the customer have to in form the person I’m dealing with about said special. I’ll bring it to their attention and I get the impression they know absolutely nothing about it. I would think that you’re employees would be totally aware of Ford specials and promotions,because sometimes the customer isn’t aware, and they could be informed by whom ever they’re dealing with. Other than what I’ve just mentioned,like I said,all is good. More
