Last time we were there we wanted an alignment cause we just bought new tires not from you but I had an alignment down wit you and covers future alignments for like three years or some period of time but i just bought new tires not from you but I had an alignment down wit you and covers future alignments for like three years or some period of time but it was because had only been about a year. Made appointment and went to drop car off at dealer side and lots of confusion and had to take it across the street to drop it while my wife and I are late for work. Also had a auto butler scheduled so got call was done around 3 and went to pick it up and I wanted paperwork for readings of alignment Couldn’t find it so Peter nerves said might be in vehicle and walked out with me only to notice car didn’t get auto butler doom bees wax on car and pollen wash even washed and he agreeded it wasn’t done but I didn’t have anymore time they said they will do it again but I don’t even want to come back.
