Superb customer service I’d like to thank Marty for his superb customer service in the service center. I’ve brought my truck in twice and both times he has made me feel like I’d like to thank Marty for his superb customer service in the service center. I’ve brought my truck in twice and both times he has made me feel like my truck is the only one receiving service. He always answers my questions and let’s me know what to expect wait wise. My experience at Elder Ford There’s no way I would go back to have my car serviced. The prices are nowhere to be posted and every time I go someone is giving me a different price There’s no way I would go back to have my car serviced. The prices are nowhere to be posted and every time I go someone is giving me a different price. They will mess something up on your car and expect you to come out of pocket for it. They only good thing I can say is that if you ask for a manager they will make sure you’re well taking care of. I suggest more training on customer service, pay more attention when working on someone’s car, post a list of prices, and focus on integrity!!!! Doing the right thing when no one is looking. I don’t see the names of the people that I worked with. More
