Service isn’t as great as it used to be I’ve been going to Elder for the last 6-7 years to purchase cars and get maintenance. The service has slowly gotten worse. I’m supposed to get some so I’ve been going to Elder for the last 6-7 years to purchase cars and get maintenance. The service has slowly gotten worse. I’m supposed to get some sort of VIP service, but that’s only about every other time. Just checking the car in takes 20+ minutes. I signed up for the maintenance package when I first got the car(s), however, I have to tell them every single time the oil change should still be covered. It’s hard to believe there’s not a way to check for service packages proactively when someone books the apt or before writing up the bill. It also seems that days are overbooked with appointments. If you can schedule an apt every 15 min, then why does an oil change take 2.5 hours (especially when I’m told it’ll be 45min-1.5 hours)? The only person I have liked dealing with there is Erika. Recently I have a need for service and it involved a complex matter with a damaged wheel and tire. I made a special request of the service Department, and the folks in that apartment live by the woman I spoke to absolutely jump through hoops to meet my needs. Just find people doing a great job of serving customers. More

So after doing so I spoke with Toni and came in for an alignment as well as to check the leveling I bought my truck 2 weeks ago and wanted it leveled.
