What I expect, nothing above. I brought my truck in for an oil change and received just that, nothing more also nothing less. I would say that one negative is that I never received a call when my vehicle was done and upon picking it up had to wait to cash out because we couldn’t find the person I dropped it off with. More

No Customer satisfaction My 2015 F350 has been back 4 times for the brakes and now for the 4th time for the rear differential and after a service I was not happy to get my tru My 2015 F350 has been back 4 times for the brakes and now for the 4th time for the rear differential and after a service I was not happy to get my truck back with low tire pressure and looked it over myself as I own my own High Performance Race shop and found the dirty air cleaner element too. There was oil dripping from the front suspension.The DEF heater failed and got repaired and was not repaired properly and had DEF fluid dripping on my garage floor and is back at Elder Ford. Now I wonder if my services were actually performed every 5k miles at Elder Ford. Mr Miguel Alvarez told me over the phone that Elder Ford can't repair my F350 and that I should take it to a different Dealer. I have left messages for Mr Alvarez to contact me but I have not heard back from him either. I have called 5 times today and left messages for Toni Governale to call me regarding my 2015 F350 and have not been contacted. Worst Service Ever Worst service ever. An object flung from a pickup flew under my car, damaged the plastic undercover, scratches and ding driver side and punctured tire Worst service ever. An object flung from a pickup flew under my car, damaged the plastic undercover, scratches and ding driver side and punctured tire. Took two days to plug tire. They never found out what was covered by warranty. Fortunately insurance is handling this. They did not know about the free key promise. When I bought the car and the Auto Butler warranty the sales people said two scratches on passenger front side would be fixed even though not covered; of course they declined to do it. Final straw- a week later I get a call telling me my car is ready for pickup. I told them I was looking at it in my driveway. These guys are great at selling but service is abysmal. I will use other Ford dealers for service and will never but from them again. More
