Tires & related work. Service Advisor Jeremy Bauer is a great plus to Elder Ford. Chose to follow Jeremy (because of my experience with him at Bill Currie) and have my four Service Advisor Jeremy Bauer is a great plus to Elder Ford. Chose to follow Jeremy (because of my experience with him at Bill Currie) and have my four F-150 tires renewed with Michelin Defender LTX brand. Reason for poor service rating stems from poor QA process used by Elder technician tending my vehicle. Three tires installed were dated 0518 and one tire installed was dated 4117. Proper attention to detail should have required the tech to replace all tires with same date. Vehicle was left overnight and tire was exchanged with a 0518 dated tire. Another poor QA decision made by technician for only renewing one tire valve stem (relating to TPMS) and reusing the other three old valve stems. This was also corrected by leaving vehicle overnight. Does Elder Ford always return poorly serviced vehicles to customers hoping they will not take the time to QA their work and discuss a possible better option. More
