Everyone was very helpful! I felt like I was being rushed away by johany when they couldn't find the problem with my door. when my truck door wouldn't open at all Toni made sur I felt like I was being rushed away by johany when they couldn't find the problem with my door. when my truck door wouldn't open at all Toni made sure that the inner door handle was replaced. Thats what i told johany I was having problems with. If it wasn't for Toni I would have had to come back a fourth time. My door has been working fine ever since. More

2018 F150 parts. Bought wheel well liners for my 2018 F150 that a bought a few weeks ago at Elder. Ordered part with Dion in the accessories dept. Scheduled 8:30 appt Bought wheel well liners for my 2018 F150 that a bought a few weeks ago at Elder. Ordered part with Dion in the accessories dept. Scheduled 8:30 appt to have installed. 45 min later I was told wrong part ordered. I came back at 1pm for the install. Im giving 4 stars because they made it right my discounting parts and labor. The experience hasn't deterred me. I'll still go back because the staff is very friendly. More

Excellent professional service experience Andre "dre" was fantastic. He kept me updated and thoroughly explained the effort necessary to trouble shoot my serious brake module malfunction. Andre "dre" was fantastic. He kept me updated and thoroughly explained the effort necessary to trouble shoot my serious brake module malfunction. I appreciate the Ford loaner given the seriousness of the repair and necessary time without my vehicle to - get it right. He clearly communicates and was always professional in his approach. All repairs, especially expensive repairs, are better tolerated when the service representative is competent, pleasant, and explains the progress. Highly recommend Ford and Andre especially - 5 STARS and more!! More
