Service lacks in many ways and now I’m told the new way you get a loaner when they are working on your vehicle is first come first served meaning you drop your vehicle for service and if there’s a loaner there you can use it if not Oh well that sucks More

Great experience as always! I had an A/C issue with my F-150 and once again, Mike Stults took great care of my problem.
