Upon my arrival I was greeted and escorted inside to see Dre, I got a recall letter, call up Elder Ford and the appointment was made for the next day. Upon my arrival I was greeted and escorted inside to see Dre, who by the way was polite and courteous, he was knowledgeable about the recall and assured me that it wasn’t anything to worry about he got me checked in quickly and called for my Uber. Upon my return to pick up my car my experience with him was just the same, he is very pleasant, professional and personable. Over 2 hours for oil change I had a 12pm appt. for an oil change for my 2015 F150. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change which is totally unacceptable to me. Modifications to the newly purchased vehicle. I dropped off my car to service on Friday May 4th. This was a few days after purchasing at your dealership.
