Dash motherboard failed, needed replaced. I have no complaints about the service center and the repair of my car. Toni was my service advisor and she’s great to work with, kept me informed on I have no complaints about the service center and the repair of my car. Toni was my service advisor and she’s great to work with, kept me informed on my cars progress, let me keep the loaner a little longer because I was out of town. The loaner car that was given to me was filthy inside (spilled drinks in the cup holder, center console full of used napkins) and the front windshield was covered in dead bugs. I didn’t know the inside was gross until I drove away. When it’s not YOUR trash it’s even worse. Someone else’s garage door opener was still in the car as well as papers that identified the last occupant (safety concern). Could’ve been a better experience with the loaner. But service was fine. No complaints there. More
