3rd time the charm for me! This is my 3rd time purchase a card from Elder's ford and I swore to God that I would never go back after my 2nd purchase, my best friend made a bet w This is my 3rd time purchase a card from Elder's ford and I swore to God that I would never go back after my 2nd purchase, my best friend made a bet with me that this time around it would be different? long story short , I went in and as I was driving there I was kicking myself for going I drove around the block 4 times before going to the lot, (LOL) this time around was the BEST .. not because of the deal but the service was much better!, Everyone was helpful even when I wasn't talking to them. Trey was my salesperson and he was training Steve and I was so happy with the service Trey made me feel human he allow me to vent, I think I've asked over 50 questions within 15 mins of being there. He was so patience with me, he explained everything in details, I was able to walk outside call friends and family members because I didn't want to make the same mistake from my last purchase . he gave me space to breath and think. ... I got an amazing deal, great customer service and I have a new friend that I can call on with any questions . Mr. Robert, Steve, Trey, David R. , Deon , everyone was wonderful . Mr. Robert- he helped me understand the my deal, He was very black and white, it was very easy for me to understand him. Trey- He was my salesperson he very sharp and smart, very easy to talk too , Steve new person, He was friendly and concerned about my needs , Robo- He had no part in the sale but when I was outside and needed to vent, he was honest and helped me understand things more clearly Deon - help with setting up service for my window tinting, very personable and just a new guy. David R. - walked me though my car on everything I had a question about, He's very detailed and just a great person . again, I'm still surprised at the service , I'm sorry for keep repeating this statement but I was in tears with my deal from 2013 I was so unhappy and 2018 I'm smiling from ear to ear not because of my new car but from the wonderful SERVICE! Negligence and no apparent desire to fix the issue I’ve been taking my car to be serviced at this location for the life of the car. This past oil change, the tech forgot to drain the oil (okay, I get i I’ve been taking my car to be serviced at this location for the life of the car. This past oil change, the tech forgot to drain the oil (okay, I get it, mistakes happen) but he/she also forgot to replace the oil cap and check the dipstick (that’s simple negligence and failure to run a quality check). I drove less than 20 miles before my engine seized, white smoke pouring out of the exhaust, check engine light flashing. Opened the hood to find the oil cap rattling around on top of the engine and the oil tank completely overfilled. Had to have the car towed back to the dealer. Service team did bare minimum to try to check for damage (they just checked for diagnostic codes) and I’ve been told the service team will not perform a leak down test and compression test that would help identify further potential damage. Left message for the service manager to discuss the issue and was not called back. Highly disappointed in the lack of effort to restore trust for a long-time customer. More

Oil Change and Service.Check bad tire,separating. I was told that I needed an appointment, even for the Quick Lane Oil Change. Then I was told that tire was bad but could not be prorated? I advised th I was told that I needed an appointment, even for the Quick Lane Oil Change. Then I was told that tire was bad but could not be prorated? I advised the service Manager that tire was less than 72 months and that Continental had advised that tire should be prorated. She informed me that I needed the sale receipt to verify the date they were replaced. I advised her that it should be in their computer since they sold me the tires. The person at the Quick lane could not find the date they were sold??She stated that the tires were from 2012 according to code on tire. The tires were actially put on truck in Mar.0f 2013.I feel that this is very poor customer service and I will probably go to a different dealer for any future service. More
Easy and Convenient Service My car was damaged on the front bumper and hood and now looks new again. The car fixed in a timely manner, even with a trip to the mechanic added at the end. More
