Chevy truck alignment Chevy dealer couldn't do alignment on Chevy 3500, so the fleet department at Elder gladly helped me (Jeremy). The service was outstanding..The tech was incredible and patient to resolve the alignment issue that no one could, in addition, he was a an awesome person, Jeremy was the Service Advisor and was awesome as well.Not sure the experience could have been any better..Very impressed been years since I was impressed by Auto Dealer service..Thanks to this great team More

Fast and friendly I just bought the car. It had one key fob. So they was going to program me another one. The service manager advised me of a recall on the car and aske I just bought the car. It had one key fob. So they was going to program me another one. The service manager advised me of a recall on the car and asked if i had an hour hour an half. I said sure.. about 35 mins he came out and said your all done.. The main reason for for the high rating was that they advised me of the recall and wanted to fix it right away. Thats the way to stay on top of things and keep your customers car safe ... ty More

Professional and Friendly I had the truck in for 'Auto Butler', routine and recall service. My only issue/concern had to due with wheel alignment either or tire imbalance.
