The best part is I got a 2017 Mustang for cheaper than the 2016 Mustang I was going to get. Then my radio broke and Marty who was my service advisor got it all taken care of going out of his way to ensure I didn’t have to wait long and even had my car cleaned for me. He stayed on top of everything providing constant updates. As someone who used to work in Customer Service, I greatly appreciated his dedication to getting it done. Thanks Marty. Poor Service and incorrect diagnosis I will not be using Elder Ford again. I took my 2015 F250 Diesel there for service The Works package. The service manager told me that my secondary ra I will not be using Elder Ford again. I took my 2015 F250 Diesel there for service The Works package. The service manager told me that my secondary radiator had a leak in it and it would be 7 hours of Labor to repair. I took it to an independent shop, they cannot find a leak in it and said it should only be three and a half hours. Also, I called a friend at a nother Ford dealership in North Carolina and had him ask the service manager what the secondary radiator replacement labor amount was. It was three and a half hours to change the secondary radiator. Next, I took the truck to another Ford dealership in Tampa, it was not the secondary radiator that was leaking it was the primary radiator. They changed it out for less than I was quoted an elder for the secondary radiator. Additionally, they showed me my front brakes were worn to a point they needed to be replaced and there was a recall where I was getting an engine warning light that Elder didn't check either of these two items. Need I say more about the reason I won't be back the Elder. More

Great Service I had a nail in my tire that required a new tire, they got me a ride home, replaced the tire, had someone pick me back up and I was good to go!
