They were INSTANTLY aware of the situation and informed that it is covered by t My mother dropped off her 2013 Ford Fiesta for a transmission shudder. They were INSTANTLY aware of the situation and informed that it is covered by the manufacturer up until 100,000. They provided her a loaner vehicle and had her on her initial way within 15 minutes. Upon returning, only a few days later after repair was completed, it too only took about 10 minutes to come in, return loaner, have her vehicle washed and returned to her. Johany is knowledgeable and cares about his clients. Keep it up! More

Lack of responsiveness from Management We brought our vehicle in for service regarding a noise by the driver side door and an oil change. When we picked up the vehicle we noticed there was additional an 500 miles on the car and I could not get an answer on Why this happen. I called and left multiple voicemails for both Mike Hennagir and Jorge Acosta concerning the mileage and no one returned my calls. I took our vehicle to Ford of Wesley Chapel just to document the mileage that was on the vehicle. I blindly trusted your service department and never thought I'd run into an issue like this and I would never have believed my complaint would have been disregarded the way it was. We bought our car from Elder Ford and drove from Wesley chapel just to get it service. I hope this helps correct any future issues. More

Never returns calls Dealing with the service department is fine and Carlos the service manager is great. But the multiple times I have tried to schedule work through the accessory department they never call back. My leveler kit took three weeks and 4 times I was told I would be called back in an hour and heard nothing for days. When I called back. Carlos fixed it ASAP when I took it to him. Just tried to schedule a remote start kit. Same thing my call back in an hour to schedule it took 9 days. I don’t like to chase people to spend money with them More
