They explained to me what was the problem with my car and helped me getting a loaner while my car was being repaired. Then when it was ready my car was delivered to me at my job and they took the loaner back helped me getting a loaner while my car was being repaired. Then when it was ready my car was delivered to me at my job and they took the loaner back so I didn't have to go to the dealer. Excellent customer service! More

Keith & his team went above and beyond. I finally got to learn how tire pressure sensors are installed, and to pay attention to each specific engineering number. They were all courteous and I finally got to learn how tire pressure sensors are installed, and to pay attention to each specific engineering number. They were all courteous and doing their best to teach the trainees. W 29 yes of experience, Keith W is really putting it all together, and I suspect elder ford and direct connect will be thriving this year. Service, durect connect, and collision have all be working great together and given me a true 5 star experience. Already looking forward to my next truck. More
