I came to Hyundai discouraged, because I hate the process of making any big purchase and Jim made it real easy for me at Elder Hyundai. I pretty much made my decision in one trip and was given a lot of info over the phone to save me from driving 20 miles from home just to be disappointed or thrown a curve-ball.
