Great Pricing I wasn't looking at spending a lot of money on my wife's car so when we came to Elder, we were looking at used cars ONLY. And initially, I felt like our sales guy was just pushing us towards new cars when he knew we couldn't afford them. But in the end he made sure we got A brand new car that was within the monthly budget I told him I wanted to stay in. I really didn't think it was possible to have a new car in my budget, but they made it work somehow. I'm not easy to please but I'm glad we came here. More

5 hrs at a dealership I arrived at Elder Mitsubishi at 2pm and left a little before 7. I tell you what, that was an amazing 5 hrs. We ran into a little bank trouble but worked it out. The team at at Elder must be double jointed because they bent over backwards to get my loan approved , color I wanted, and the car I wanted. We joked laughed and generally entertained ourselves while they worked through the process. To Mike Manson, Ericka, Marley, Cory and the rest of the gang at Elder, believe me when I say I'm as happy as a fat rat in a cheese factory with an extra set of teeth that I made the hour drive to Elder. You guys have a customer for life. And as we all know batman does not lie. Thanks for the expirence!!!!!! More

We received instant service , Me and my father's temperaments are extremely different, it's not easy to listen to us both ramble on ,Stryker was extremely respectful to both me and my father and spent a good four hours or more enduring our noise which I was thankful for,he did everything in his power to make sure I walked out the door with the car and could not have done a better job, Marli was extremely friendly, engaging and fast at her job, I wasn't very professional, I was half awake and flirty but was respectful about expressing her extraordinary beauty, Marli stayed professional but was an absolute delight to talk to, I had to tear myself away cause I knew she had a lot of work to do, Erica was extremely candid, intelligent and friendly, it felt good to talk to someone with that level of direct honesty , also a very pretty woman, Erica also stayed totally professional as did I , that time ; Scott was also very direct and professional and I thank him for his patience in dealing with my father and I and our noise making on his dealership floor all day . From there I drove off with a new car , the experience could have only been any better if Marli drove off with me but that would be an unrealistic and unfair expectation of her or the dealership.
