DO NOT BUY HERE! I had a phone call with Robert Evenrud and we agreed upon the price of a vehicle and made sure he was committed as we were driving a couple hours. I asked him if we had a deal and said if we don’t do not waste my time he agreed saying he could come to the deal I had presented (we got this exact deal at another dealership they just did not have the color interior wanted). We made the drive out there and after a long wait met Mr. Evenrud who was the rudest person l've ever dealt with. He has no interest in the customer satisfaction. He went back on the deal we had talked about, didn’t make eye contact, claimed he never said things, shrugged his shoulder and smirked the whole conversation. This was the worst car buying experience on something that should have been so simple. We even walked out of the conversation because he was constantly talking over us and being very rude. By far the worst car buying experience! Do not work with Robert Evenrud. More

Just so you know up front, the price they post for each vehicle isn't the real price. They add a $1000 charge to every vehicle for a protective coating and a shorttermwarranty. . Also if you choose to finance through someone besides their financing they charge you another $1000. So right off the bat we paid $2000 over what the sticker price was. Then after one week the alternator went out. So I called the warranty and it didn't cover anything. So you might want to go somewhere else to find a car. More
