I almost made a bad deal with another dealer and the sales team at Hendrick Nissan in Merriam KS, helped me get out of that deal, and got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I could easily liver with. When I first went into his office I was so nervous about the terms and the rate. I haven’t had a car loan in Years. I don’t have great credit and he was able to get me a Great rate/loan!! He didn’t stop working on my loan even after I had signed papers and left his office. Kyle called me days later with an even better loan option. Kyle was very personable and made me feel at ease. I would definitely go back and see the guys at Hendrick Nissan on Shawnee Mission Parkway. It was a Great experience and I enjoyed working with them. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Very stress free! I bought my 2011 Armada from Tim Eccles at Hendrick's used department. Tim was very courteous and professional and asked all the right questions witho I bought my 2011 Armada from Tim Eccles at Hendrick's used department. Tim was very courteous and professional and asked all the right questions without trying to steer me one way or another. We decided on the Armada and negotiated a great price with help from their sales manager Caleb Zhao. In finance Charlie Lewis treated us very fairly and was able to match the interest we were getting from our bank. The whole process took about half the time I've had to sit in wait in other dealerships. I won't buy my cars anywhere else now. Thanks to their GM Adam Williams who came out and personally welcomed us to the Hendrick family with our purchase. Great experience! More
Worst car shopping experience The worst car shopping experience I have had. I felt extremely pressured to purchase the car I was looking to purchase. The "negotiating" process was The worst car shopping experience I have had. I felt extremely pressured to purchase the car I was looking to purchase. The "negotiating" process was extremely long, lasting until 3 hours after close. Every time I questioned how they were arriving at the monthly payment and financing that was being offered and would never receive a straight answer. I felt as though I was being held hostage, every time I said I needed to think about it another person would approach me. I finally left a deposit (which I was told was non-refundable) on a vehicle so I could go home and set an appointment for the next day but after reviewing the events of the evening I chose not to business with them. After informing the salesperson I was not interested he became argumentative, told me it would take a few weeks to get my deposit back in an attempt to pressure me further. Their sales tactics are unimpressive at best. The following day I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership which was a model year newer, came with a much better package/options, at a very similar price point, with no money down and a much lower payment. Needless to say I am awaiting my deposit back since they went ahead and cashed it anyway. More

I traded my 2007 ford for a 2014 Note. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. My salesperson Grant Stephenson was helpful and easy to work with. The entire process took about 4 hours (including test drive, trade & finance) and was low pressure & pleasant experience. While I was completing the paperwork my new car was detailed and put into their delivery area. Before I left the dealership they made sure I understood & could operate all the features. I simply cannot say enough great things about my recent buying experience at Hendrick Nissan of Kansas City!!! I jockeyed back and forth with a few different dealerships and varying makes for about two we buying experience at Hendrick Nissan of Kansas City!!! I jockeyed back and forth with a few different dealerships and varying makes for about two weeks, but kept coming back to Kyle at Hendrick as my sounding board with my old school, tattered, chicken scratched, dog eared composition book and yellow #2 pencil in hand. I was skeptical when he joked the first time I visited the dealership that he hoped to put an end to my story book...a week later he did just that. I brought a lot of challenges to the table in which he surpassed all of them with ease and honesty. HONESTY was not something that I was getting from the other dealerships. Once I finally made my mind up on the make and model the process was very quick and easy!! Negotiations were straightforward and the final paper paperwork process was very speedy. I have never experienced a delivery process like which was received at Hendrick. They pull your shiny new vehicle into a classy showroom and go over every single detail of your vehicle, desired maintenance schedule, and assist you in personalizing your car settings. It was a great feeling driving out the huge glass doors opened wide to hit the road in my new Pathfinder. Hendrick has imbedded a personal touch throughout their culture you won't find at any other dealership in KC. I plan to be a member of the Hendricks family for years to come! Our experience at this dealership was overall an excellent car buying experience. Our sales guy Kyle was a pleasure to work with as well as sales manager Dan. Also the finance guy Ryan worked hard to get us a low interest rate and was great at speeding up the whole process. Kyle took all of our wants and put us in a car that fit all of them. He was not pushy and had a great way of asking the proper questions to get us into the car we needed. We drove many miles to this dealership and the trip was well worth the miles and time. The only negative in our experience was this: When we got into the car to drive those many miles home we looked down and had almost no gas in the car. Luckily there was a gas station just down the street from the dealership. I've always thought that it should be a common courtesy for a dealer to give you a full tank of gas when purchasing a new car.....I know the bottom line is tight! However this was a great experience! More
