Worse experience with services. Bad communication and also rude when talking to customers. Made an appointment Monday morning didn’t get my car fixed till the next day in the aftern Bad communication and also rude when talking to customers. Made an appointment Monday morning didn’t get my car fixed till the next day in the afternoon. I missed two days of work. Went to pick up my car, and the next day my check engine light turns on again. Called to asked if I can drop it off and get a car to drive in the meantime. They tell me they will let me know, never calls me back. Next day I tow my car to the dealership. I asked to please update me, I get no answer. I called the services the next day in the morning and they tell me they haven’t checked it. They called me back in the afternoon letting me know that my car is going to get fixed till this coming Monday. Mind you it’s already been a week that I have missed work. More
