Christina I appreciate the act of concern on here however every time I attempt contact I can never reach anyone. I’ve attempted to contact the dealer and management numerous times with no such luck. No one there cares about customer service. Having been in the business myself for many years it’s honestly baffling to me that your dealer is even in business.

After spending $3500 in repairs for and engine light problem the engine light is still on. Rescheduled to have it resolved but after having the car for a day an a half they never even looked at my car. Then a few days later got a call and they wanted to resolve the problem so scheduled to drop car off on wed. and pick up the following Tues. AM 1st thing. never got a call about the issue so i called on Friday late afternoon and nobody had looked at my car again so they said they would call back . About 45minutes later got a call and said my O2 sensor was bad which was not the case so I said leave it alone and i will pick up my car Tues. AM Tuesday AM arrived at 7:50am and they had lost my key so 45min later they found it. This dealerships service is the WORST and they think the customers are idiots. Its the opposite.
