Service is Amazing I am most familiar with Christian in the service department. He amazed me once again. I made the mistake of using a "foaming brush" on my 2015 Jeep W I am most familiar with Christian in the service department. He amazed me once again. I made the mistake of using a "foaming brush" on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler I bought there at the Elgin Car Wash on Summit. There was something sharp stuck in the brush that caused multiple scratches on all four doors. Christian got me a loaner car because my work hours are out of the ordinary. He said he would have his in house try to get the scratches out. If it failed he would call me I got there the next day to pick up my Jeep and it looked amazing. The finish was smooth as glass. Christian got me out for a very reasonable price. I could not ask for more. This is the reason I can honestly say "buy your next Jeep at Elgin". Very happy customer! Each time I took the car in they had the car for an entire week (with no service loaner) and I had to call EVERY day to try and get a status. Extremely frustrated with the service techs and their lack of communications. Tried getting resolution with their service manager and nothing happened. Will avoid and will NOT recommend. More
