Marty Matsie and Mike Meah were the absolute BEST guys to work with!!! I am pretty indecisive and they were very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE MY NEW TUCSON SPORT!!! Very satisfied with Lauren, the sales person at dealership. after an initial setback, we had a good rapport with her and she was so friendly with us. she explained every detail of the new so-called computerized after an initial setback, we had a good rapport with her and she was so friendly with us. she explained every detail of the new so-called computerized systems of the cars and she was very helpful. she also called a day after that everything was okay and she mentioned that if my daughter needs help in understanding any part of the car infotainment or any kind of problem we can face time her so she can explain over the phone. very pleasant experience and have not seen this kind of customer care from any dealership as I been buying all years ( 20+) from Toyota. They sell a car with a known issue and won't replace. The Hyundai Palisade has a known issue with wind noise - we experienced this wind noise at about 5 days and then the dealer at 8 days - they could have s Hyundai Palisade has a known issue with wind noise - we experienced this wind noise at about 5 days and then the dealer at 8 days - they could have simply swapped out the vehicle with one that didn't have the issue but they won't. They will try to use the line the that bank owns the car but if they can do a swap within 3 days (this is their policy) - they can do it within 8. I loved my initial experience, then you realize they are just like everybody else - they don't care about the customer. More
